FSX on another disk drive ?

Recommended Posts

Guest rf

Is it possible to load and run fsx on another disk drive? I have my "C" that is a 170 gb drive which is pretty full of programs and I have an external 200 gb disk drive that's pretty empty. Is it possible to load and run fsx from an external drive, and if so, how ?Thanks,RFF

Of course you can. Personally, I NEVER install to the "default" locations that programs want to install to!For FSX, on the first screen of the install, there's an "Options" button. Hit that and you can specify a different install location.--2002cbr600f4i

Yes, and it should run better to since its off the main drive that needs to access the VM, etc.
