Help with setting P3D 4.5 HF3

I hope you re doing well.

I need your help to find good settings in P3D with my new Pc :

** AMD Ryzen 9 3900x (Oc 4400mhz)

** Asus ROG Strix LC 360 RGB

** Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Wifi-AC

** 32Go (2x16go) Gskills TridentZ NEO 3600Mhz Cas16

** Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080TI EVGA FTW3 Ultra 11Go

** Seasonic 850w Prime Platinium

** Mvme M.2 XPG ADATA SX8200 Pro 1to

** SSD Samsung 860 EVO 2to

** Fractal Design Define S2 RGB

** Windows 10 Pro 64 

One screen and resolution 3840*2160

I’ m using add ons like Orbx ( vector, Europe ) , flytampa, Taxi2gate, Pmdg 777, active sky , envtex, envshade .., aig ai manager 

I tried some combination with the slider and read articles , but I can’t figure out how I can have a smooth performance ( FPS drop in big scenery or storm) .. I have decreased settings in envdir ans asca to lower resolution
