October 18, 200619 yr I have found that if I lessen the number of VIEWS I can use, that the sim responds better, Or maybe Im dreaming?(IF you do this back up originals...)What I did was open the cameras.cfg (application data/microsoft/FSX) and remove all but VirtualCocpkpit, Spot, & Fly-By sections (which I had to re-number from 001 to 003), and I totally dropped all camera sections from my aircraft.cfg file. This way, I never have to cycle through Tower, or outside/aircraft. The tower view, even passing through by using "S" consecutively, seemed to set off the blurries. I think that tower view sets off a reloading of textures, dropping what few you already had in focus. Now I tested this on a slow moving Grunman in the mountains North of KTRI, with AG set to VeryDense and scenery to Very Dense, FSGenesis 10m-Mesh 72%, detail=Large, Tex=5cm, road traffic 10%(nice). fps 15 to 9 (unlimited setting). UTUSA used with riverbank bitmaps removed.Using all the AG fixes posted earlier.Anyway, maybe Im seeing things, try it out. It helps me to NOT slip by these views that drop my textures (ESPECIALLY AI views).P4-3,2/2G DDR2/X850XTallen
