PBR Not Working w/TomatoShade// Shaders ?

I just migrated from PTA to TomatoShade. After installing the RD Preset, I don't have PBR textures. In fact, I think my shaders might be botched because I'm not really seeing changes post-preset application. All the colors, shading seems exactly the same.

To remove PTA, I first restored the original shaders and configuration files, then deleted the folder.

With TomatoShade, I deselected the extended reflection option, and did not use any reflection profiles.

Because I was having issues, I uninstalled/reinstalled the client and deleted the Shaders folder. I am still not seeing any graphical changes whatsover. Thoughts?

I should add that I have REX SkyForce/Environment Force, and ActiveSky from HiFi installed.

It doesn't matter if you are using "any" REX program, or active sky ... i don't think it affects them.

As far as i know, Tomatoshade as a program knows by itself, to automaticaly delete your shaders
 and creates new ones, when you are done with your preferred settings..
THESE new ones, are going to take these changes that you make in tomatoshade.
