I recently installed linda in p3dv5. I copied my linda/linda cfg files over, and as I did so saw 100's of .lus files veing transferred! when I examined the folders I found every linda/airplane had a folder with back up .lua files for every flight I hab ever done. years of them?

Is this necessary? how did I option this (if I did), and how can I disable this option?

These are not created for each flight, only for each change of your Joystick assignments. I don’t make so many changes so I don’t see a great number of backups. 

i will look at a means of limiting the number created. They can be deleted manually.
