P3DV5 HF1 No ATC sound or pilot voices

Hi All

 

Just when I thought all was well I finally went to use the ATC feature and whilst I get text no sound or pilot voices, tried everything but absolutely no voices, have all other sounds but no voice

Default sound device set and voice to 100 in P3D V5

Double checked all voice settings Windows and P3DV5

Deleted P3D CFG file

Default F35 start up situation

Disabled all addons including FSUIPC and all traffic programs

So I am effectively back at a Vanilla P3D V5 HF1 with no ATC, any body come across this before, there is no way I'm rebuilding this sucker again just for crappy ATC but I would like to be able to get ATIS and use voice features from Active Sky
