Transfer to ORBX

Im trying to transfer my license to ORBX and get "0 OldProp products were added to your account"

I logged into my OldProp account - click on the green "transfer to ORBX button", login to ORBX and it reports no products added.

I started with IE11 then FFox and Chrome - no change.

Any ideas ?
