Is there a sim chasis guide?

With MSFS2020 on the horizon, I'm planning on building a sim rig (been out of the sim hobby for about 5+ years). I didn't have a chasis before, but did have PFC equipment mounted to a desk. I'm hoping to use simpler components (hopefully the Honeycomb trifecta if available) with a single large screen (maybe 3 if I don't have to constantly hunt performance). There seems to be many options. The racing rigs particularly look very polished (e.g. rseat.net) but I'm not sure if the positioning of these work. Is there a community guide or inventory of options? There seem to be many random suggestions abound, but not a definitive list (similar to the old FSX tuning guides).
