RegEdit MOD for V4 to V5...

Hi,

Regarding the RegEdit mod to install those PMDG aircraft without V5 installers... I am assumming that the mod allows any product that is not V5 ready, to be installed into P3D v5, is that correct...

This would mean Rex Environment Force could in theory be installed?

Environment Force is an Add-On which manipulates Shaders. Shaders changed with v5, so this doesn't work without an update - especially if you use TrueSky (Enhanced Athmospherics). Installing is not any problem, you can install whatever you want, like the mentioned PMDG planes which just work (the 64-bit versions for v4). But I can tell you for sure, that Environment Force won't work.

There's EnvShade which got updated for v5. It's not the same as REX Environment Force but works quite well so far. The only other option is just to wait or manipulating the shader files manually.
