October 22, 200619 yr HI its me again.i still have a weird graphics probelm as i described in an erlier post. when the sliders in the display settings are all to the left it is blurry has it should be, so i then found out that to un blur the textures you move them to the left (am i correct?) but when i do this something strange happens.what i do is set most of the display settings to high and click OK, but when the main screen loads and i can see my aircraft the new top quality graphcis load and saty there for about 3 seconds before the old blurred graphics come back. i think it is like the computor knows what new graphic to load but is struglling to load themhere is a picture of what it looks like with all of the sliders turned up to high (to the right)

You clearly have an input/output problem. Check your DX settings by running dxdiag and make sure you have complete functionality in the 3d acceleration. You also need to state your system specs, including drivers. Are your trying to run FSX on settings way beyond what your computer can cope with? High implies a high-end system.Allcott
