Crash to Desktop

Hello Guys, 

I have searched everywhere in Google and tried everything that I have searched in Google, since no luck, which is why I came to this forumn for help, as there was no straight answer

 

When using the PMDG 737NGX, and when I fully cross out the FSX by CTRL+C, I get the below error message
