who ever had the idea to have cars on the road. coming in on final and seeing cars moving along the roads makes the sim look awesome!

Idiot of the Month for whoever left out Dawn/Dusk Smoothing? :)

Project manager who decided that multi-thread/dual core support was unnecessary!Sorry, couldn't resist that one! ;)

Holy cow do people just not get it?!I award the person at ACES who *DID* effort getting dual core support into the product. Although a minor factor in the overall tuning, the included DC support indicates a good direction, AND unlike FS2004, allows DC machines to operate more efficiently with FSX. Now when running 3rd party utils like ActiveSky or a flight logging program, I can be assured that the sim will rest primarily on one core, and the texture engine and utilities (and perhaps the OS!) will rest on another. In no sarcastic tones - yes! Thank you to ACES!

There are a number of things I really like...1) Yes, the moving traffic on final or while low level flying is great!2) Moving vehicles at the airport is great too.3) Improved sound and implementation of 5.1 channels.I could list more but I'll make it short for now, and other items have already been mentioned by original and previous posters.Dunce Caps for the part of the team(and management!) responsible for leaving much of landscape looking like the Sahara Desert. We need that fixed!
