PMDG Operations Centre / Updater Fail

Hello

I tried to update following a notification in the Operations Centre but it fails becuase a VCRuntime.dll is missing.  A dialogie suggests reinstalling the programme to fix it.  Is this a reinstal of the whole 737NGX basic package, or can I get the Operations Centre app separately?
