I tried everything I could think of. Had to reinstall windows and it's downloading now.

Several hours of support interaction later, I got this today: -

"We're aware of an issue where the installation process cannot start on the Windows Insider Build.
Please hang tight while we're working on fixing this issue with our partners.

Here's a summary of my issue trying to install Microsoft Flight Simulator: Standard on Xbox Game Pass for PC. I click install then it tells me it's going to install between 127 and 160GB but only downloads 2GB. For the first few installs, when I clicked on 'Play', I got the error message "The filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect" and the game does not start. This message subsequently changed to “The request is not supported”.

Additional information

This issue has now been resolved. Windows Insider Buildees should install Windows 10 Insider Preview 20197.1000.
