Individual planes/airports vs Deluxe/Premium?

Hello,

Question to anyone who already owns MSFS and can browse its marketplace: is it possible to purchase individual airports and "default" planes separately (from those included in Deluxe/Premium editions) and if so, what's the price of individual pieces? Since I'm only interested in select airports and just a few default aircraft, I wonder if purchasing Standard edition + bits that I actually want makes more sense than paying for Premium.

Also, how much is an upgrade from Standard to Deluxe or Premium if bought separately?
