Any way to get old FSX style camera back?

The first thing I used to do on any FSX/P3D install was tweak the camera. It was fixed with no momentum, so the hat switch on my stick moved it and it didn't follow the aircraft. Likewise panning around the cockpit wasn't moving to fixed positions like it does by default in FS2020, I could move it around freely.

Is there any way at all to replicate this in FS2020? So far is the only moderately annoying thing in an awesome simulator.
