My install from the Microsoft Store was surprisingly fast and smooth probably because I did the following two things before installing:

1) Went to Add or Remove Programs and removed FS2020 that was installed when I purchased it some time ago.

2) Turned OFF my antivirus' Auto-Protect and Firewall which doubled my download speed

After that, I went to the Microsoft Store selected Install and two hours later I was happily flying over my house.
