Can't download From MS Store

I apologize if this post is not authorized....

I am at my wits end...I prepaid fro MSFS 2020

Premium Deluxe from the MS Store several weeks ago...

This morning I tried to download the Sim, but the Store says

it can't find my registered device (desktop) to download the Sim to...

my desktop is registered at the Store...apparently many others

are having this problem...I have searched the MS "Help" files, 

including this one, which seems on point....

it suggested several minor fixes, including updating W 10 (which I apparently needed)

...I've tried them all and none work...MS has not provided a fix...if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it

I finally found a way to d/l the Simfrom the MS Store

...if anyone is interested,
