MSFS launcher missing from the Win10 start menu

Hello, 

I successfully installed MSFS but there is no shortcut in the Win10 start menu and no shortcut on the desktop. My only option is to launch the simulator from the Microsoft Store. Could anyone please tell me the location of the executable, so that I can create shortcuts?
