Help required to get rudder pedals working

Featured Replies

Can anyone offer advice on how to get my t.flight rudder pedals working in fs2020. I've followed the installation instructions and checked that the pedals are working, which they are, but they do not work in the simulator. In options/controls a picture of the pedals is shown but they do not appear to work and do not work during flights.

5 hours spent downloading the sim yesterday, hope it's going to be worth it.

thanks in anticipation.

I ran into the same issue and the default axis mapping for the pedals was incorrect.

Go to the menu, select controls then your pedals and clear each assignment and map to the correct axis. I found the correct axis by clicking “sensitivity”

I also use the TFRP's. Just a tip that might speed up the process of rebinding (definitely clear all the preset bindings). You don’t need to know the actual control axis or manually select it. MSFS can recognize the input just by activating it during binding. When you click on each command, it will bring up the “binding window”. Click on the space that says “Search By Input” and it will light up. Now physically activate that part of your pedals (be careful when activating the brakes not to move the rudder). The space should fill in with the correct axis. Click “Validate” to complete the binding. I also had to reverse my Brake bindings.
