Detail DC vs NYC / Manual Cache issues

Found some interesting things as far as detail in certain cities. Look at my manual cache here. My caching of Washington DC is same or larger in all sizes (low, medium, high) then my New York City cache, yet NYC is almost 10 times the file size of DC (11.19 vs 1.38 GB). That must mean that NYC has 10x the amount of manually built, detailed buildings vs. DC (and in DC I can see only 2 manually built buildings, Pentagon and Lincoln Memorial). Interesting.

The other issues is the fact that the manual cache is useless now. After making these I went back in to take the screenshot below. It took my an hour (NOT and exaggeration) to just open the manual cache, and then move and zoom to get to the image below!
