Stutter observation and partial fix

My apologies if this has already been posted. The below windows setting seems to fix the very long stutters (many seconds long stutters) that occur periodically during flight and at the start of a flight. However it seems to cause a slightly less stable frame rate. So it is a tradeoff.

In windows search for and go to "advanced system settings". Go to the advanced tab and under performance click settings. A new performance options window pops up. Go to the advanced tab and under processer scheduling switch it to Background Services.

It appears some background tasks that are required are getting starved of CPU time. This isn't a perfect fix. Hopefully they can come up with a better way to share CPU time.
