August 30, 20205 yr I started out with the standard version on August 19 by creating an Xbox Game Pass account, (first month is only a buck,) and after a 2 or 3 hour download/install I have been happily flying all over the place. I am really pleased with the sim overall. Yesterday, I decided I wanted the full experience, especially the 172 with the steam gauges and the Zlin Shock Ultra, so, I went to the Microsoft Store and plunked down $120 for the Premium Deluxe version. It updated/installed some additional items, (less than 5 Gb worth as far as I could tell,) and when I see My Library is says I own it and that it's installed. But whenever I launch it, I still only have access to the standard version's original 20 aircraft. No 172 with the steam gauges, no Shock Ultra. I have tried logging out of Xbox Game Pass, but that doesn't fix the issue. In the game, I go to my Content Manager and when I type in "172" it does show both aircraft. And while both show as "up to date," only one, the G1000, shows that it is taking up any disc space. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas? I would rather not have to do a complete uninstall/reinstall, but if that's what it takes... Any assistance or ideas to work around this is greatly appreciated. August 30, 20205 yr Author "If you subscribed to Game Pass on top of purchasing a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator, make sure that you are not launching the Game Pass version instead of your copy. Game Pass PC does not come with the entitlements for the Deluxe or Premium deluxe edition." Does anyone have insight into how one assures that they are launching the non-Xbox-Game-Pass version?
