Hello,

I have been having issues with FSX Gold Edition (w/Acceleration Pack) for a while now.  Problem typically arises after I have been flying for about 20 or 30 minutes.  I will get a quick buzzing sound on the speaker and the screen will go blank.  About a second later the screen will come back up and display my pc wallpaper.  When I log back in it appears that FSX has continued to run in the background, or a least picked up exactly where it left off.  Very frustrating. I have gone through the CTD Guide, reinstalled FSX with addons (REX Direct Textures w/ Soft Clouds and ORBX Global), checked for the correct version of  UIAutomationcore.dll, checked  cpu and gpu temperatures, run a gpu stress test, installed a new psu, reduced FSX and REX settings,  etc.... and the problem persists.  Sometimes it appears that no errors are generated at the time that the issue occurred.  Today I received the error message listed below at around the same time the problem occurred.  I'm  not even sure if it is related but perhaps a more knowledgeable person can make some sense of it.  My system is an older Dell desktop pc with an i7 -3370 3.4 Ghz processor, 8 GB RAM, ATI RAdeon 7800 series GPU with 2 - 21 inch HD monitors, running Windows 8.1.
