FPS limit causing late mesh load ??

Hi guys, 

Wanted to get your opinion. Finally i managed to lock my FPS and i get overall smooth experience then being on unlimited FPS.

However i do notice that now the terrain mesh is starting to get more detail once i am quite close to it. It noticable the most in mountain areas but not only. Its like the limitation of the FPS wont let the sim load the mesh fast enough. Any idea ?
