New X52 Pro Owner - need some help

Hi all

Just purchased X52 Pro and I have most of it configured as I'd like but I can't get MSFS to recognise any of the mouse functions on the throttle, nor the buttons with E and I on them.

Does anyone know if these should work OK and if so, how I get them to work.
