Color codes to use for Custom Tail Numbers for your Liveries

fppilot asked advise about color codes to use. I think the eight digits in the aircraft.cfg file are the Microsoft ARGB  (GBRA) colors. See here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.drawing.color?view=netcore-3.1
