Autopilot won't engage since patch.

The autopilot on all aircraft either won't engage or shuts off during flight.  Also the left Garmin shuts off and on during flight.  Anyone else having this issue?  Is there a switch I need to hit now?

Ok I deleted a converted airplane that was crashing the system and it seems to have fixed the AP issue.
