in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I made two attempts early on to download and install the software package.  Both attempts failed due to installation issues.  In both cases I contacted Microsoft and they refunded to me my money.

Can somebody tell me if patch 1 & 2 are now embedded in the current release?  It appears that patch one fixed the download issue.  I would like to download and install the simulator this weekend, but if the download fails again I'm a little worried that Microsoft may band me from future attempts to purchase their software package.
