newbie help with FS2020 and FSUIPC throttle?

Would anyone here be able to help me with the FSUIPC program (which I have) the MSFS 2020?  I dont know how to set up my Saitek X45 throttle to be able to reverse thrust in the TBM 900.  I suspect this is perfect for the FSUIPC app but I am lost on how.
