I hope I am at the correct group. I am starting to get dismayed at FS2020. 

I have pre-ordered the FS2020 De Luxe version and duly installed it. It worked for a few days and then it started to freeze on about 80% of a red progress bar bottom of of the load screen of the TBM at the back. It goes rather slowly from 1-80% as if it doing something and when about 80%complete, it just stops but still plying the music in the background so it's not the machine hanging up. 

In the meantime I have tried the option to reset...took another huge download to re-install..twice!. every time it worked for two days and then the same old story.  I have tried the Run as Administrator' option...nothing. I also uninstalled and re-installed the digital Ownership Certificate but no avail. When I can get it to run, it works great (except the Bonnie hangs up after take-off) and my machine handles it beautifully. I have 16GB RAM on a Samsung SD drive of 500 GB with an Intel i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60 Ghz. Also a reasonable SAPPHIRE graphics card with 4MB onboard. Also all the SAITEK goodies like the yoke, throttle and rudder pedals... all working great when I get this beast to work.

I have read about the 'blue' bar hanging issue but in my case it is red. I don't want to do a complete uninstall and re install if there is perhaps another option or something I am missing. I have a hunch that it may have something to do with installing an update. As soon as I have done a reset it works until the next compulsory installation and then the problem re-appears again. I have screenshot but on a URL. I can send it to anybody who want to see where it ends. 

I hope someone on this forum may have information that can assist me, maybe saw a fix to this issue or can point me in the right direction on who to ask.

That is strange. Never seen nor heard of it being red.

Only thing I might suggest it to check in MS store app that the xbox Gaming Service app is installed and updated... this has been reported as being one of the possible reason for the (blue) bar getting stuck..
