Jet Throttles Jumping To 100%N1 On Their Own

Featured Replies

Hi,

Has anyone experienced the issue that on all the jets in MSFS, when you advance the throttles beyond 78% N1,you hear a click, and they automatically & instantly jump to 100% N1? This makes it very difficult to make small and smooth adjustments during a landing or any stage of flight. And yes, this is with the Auto Throttle off, the Autopilot off, and in the case of the Boeings, with the Master Auto Pilot Bar disengaged.
If this is not how the real airplanes behave, has anyone figured out a way around this in MSFS where you can get the throttles to stop advancing on their own to 100% N1? Any input would be much appreciated.
