  1. Hi LRBS, Thanks for the input, that's what I always thought about the RA altitude callouts, that they are based on exactly as to where are over at a given time. As far as the 747 is concerned, I have already filed a Bug Report over at the MS Forum. Thanks again & regards. Mario
  2. Hi Matt, thanks for your reply. On item 2, I meant to put "Auto Spoilers arming", not "Auto throttle", sorry. On item 4, I believe that it does seem way off because when I fly the 787 or the 320, the 2500 ft callout is way different on same airports/runways from the 747 (and it used to not be so before SU10 or SU11). On item 1, I guess that when you get used to the automatic callout of the V1, you get lazy to now have to input it into the FMS. On item 5, the same thing...we used to have all the altitude callouts and now we don't. Plus, depending on the airline, some do have the full altitude callouts on the 787, where, others as you stated, only have the ones that are now on our 787 after this update. And finally, on item 3, I'll just have to recalibrate the sensitivities and dead zones for this specific plane (because, unlike the 787, I noticed that nothing changed on the 747 & 320 after the update). Anyway, thanks for your input, appreciate your time. Regards, Mario
  3. For me, the new problems I've encountered so far are: 1) On the b-747 & b-787, the auto V1 calls are gone. You now have to program them in the FMS if you want to hear them. 2) On all the jets with Auto Throttle Arming, the assignment has changed from "Set Auto Spoilers Arming" to "Toggle Arm Spoilers". But the problem is that on the B-747 & B-787, they are not working correctly, there's an annoying constant clicking as you roll down the runway. The A-320 is ok, it works fine after changing the assignment. 3) The B-787, is now very twitchy(sensitive) on the rudder. Before it was not. 4) The B-747 still has it' s GPWS 2500 Ft callout broken. Still calls it way off the correct radio altitude. 5) The B-787 has now lost it' s 400,300,200,100 GPWS callouts. It now only has the 2500, 500, 50,40,30,20,10. On a positive side, now the b-787 can be trimmed manually instead of having to push or pull the yoke or stick as we do with the Airbus. This is what I've found so far. I still don't understand why things that work, end up not working after so many updates. Mario
  4. Same thing happened to me yesterday. I tried closing and re-launching MS without luck. I then tried restarting my PC (not just turning it off & then back on). After restarting, I re-launched Flt Sim and it came up with a box stating if I wanted to sync the settings from that same day or if I wanted to sync the older settings from the CLOUD from the PREVOIUS day. I selected the cloud settings, and bingo, it restored all my settings and all my assignments for all my Flt Sim hardware. At least this is how it worked for me. Mario
  5. After installing SU 11, has anyone noticed that while using the B-747-8, the 2500FT altitude callout is no longer accurate. Crossing the altitude 10 times, you’ll maybe get 1 that's accurate, but after that, every single callout will be totally inaccurate (sometimes by over 1500FT). I have no addons on my system and my install is totally default. I’m running Windows 10 and my computer is a fast new one. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this too. Thanks. Mario
  6. Thanks anyway Darth, I'll keep researching and if I come across a solution, I'll post it. I'll also check if I come across your issue on any of the aircraft I fly. Mario
  7. Hi, After SU9 and now continuing with SU10, when running this challenge, the Garmin Screens are blank. However, if I launch the CJ4 in any other scenario, the screens appear normal without any problem. Anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks, Mario
  8. Similar incident with me also. I had not had any CTD's since I can remember, and all of a sudden, 2 days ago, I was flying the B-747-8 out of DFW passing 4000FT, when all of a sudden, the computer stuttered 3 times and one second later I was staring at my windows 10 desktop splash screen. Plus, my sound had dropped from my Sound Blaster AE-7 & the external speakers to the default windows sound and the speakers from my monitor (which I then had to re-select back to the AE-7 manually). I have no addons, FS2020 Premium is in the default location, everything is up to date, I'm not running SU10 Beta, I'm running Windows 10, my video card is a NVIDIA RTX 2080Ti 11GB, I have 64GB of Memory, I have 2TB X 2 SSD' s, and my computer is 1 year old computer. 9. Hi Bam2000, Once you create the new profile from scratch, it will work for you. The only hassle is that you will have', is to program every single button, including the hat switch(from every viewpoint!). At least, I had to. Also, note that on the right hat switch, I couldn't get the up a down button to program. But this was a much smaller problem for me than the original one! plus, I've got the other hat switch on the left side anyway. Good luck. Mario
  10. Hi all, It appears that the issue I had was resolved. Upon recommendations from users over at Flt Sim Forums to create a new profile did the trick. Only hassle was that it took time to reassign all the buttons again because simply duplicating the Profile did not cut it. Mario
  11. Hi, Strange thing happened today while using my yoke. All of a sudden, when I turn the yoke full left or full right, when I reach about 65-75 degrees, aside from the ailerons moving in the correct direction, my eve viewpoint goes straight to the overhead panel and locks in that position! Some of the time, I’m able to hit the “reset eye view forward” to go back to the forward view, but other times I have to unplug the yoke (turning the yoke back does nothing to fix the eye view position). I have been using this yoke since it first came out and never had this happen. Also, I checked the assignments page to see if something else assigned itself to this function, but nothing. I also tried deleting the assignment and re-assigning it, but no luck either. It’s just happening with my TCA Boeing yoke. Anyone else experienced this or have any unput? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much. Mario
  12. Hi, I for one, have also noticed this since SU9 as the author of this post describes. There is turbulence even if you have all the settings to calm, which prior to SU9 was definitely not the case, at least in my case. And it happens with all aircraft including the heavies. Mario
  13. Hi, Can anyone tell me if PMDG has included the "RAAS System" (Runway Awareness and Advisory System) on this version of the sim. Also, did they include "EGPWS System" with all the warning callouts, not just the altitude and minimums callouts. I couldn't find anything on their website. Thanks. Mario
  14. Hi, For me, it was in SU6 or SU7 that I couldn't get the F-18 Miramar Challenge to work. I was told the run a few of the Bush & the Discovery flights (just for a minute or two each) and that this would "unlock" that feature. And it did! Don't know if this trick will work for you or not. Can't hurt to try. Mario
