September 26, 20205 yr After spending a few days getting the 1.8.0.3 update to install the program won't load (The sim did run just fine before the update.). The program starts and checks for updates and then goes to the loading screen. The progress bar moves very slowly up to about 7/8's of the way across and then stops. I have tried all of the recommended solutions on the Zendesk loading issues page without success. I have also tried the repair and reset functions in the App's settings. There are probably more things that I don't remember but any other suggestions would be appreciated. Bill Bill N7IBG
