when I create the flightplan on littenavmap it is as I want it but when I load it on MSFS2020 the flight plan is wrong and it only shows me the airports and a point in africa which is the equator

Can you send me the LNMPLN (LNM's own format used when doing "Save" or "Save as") and the MSFS PLN per email? Contact on my web-page.

I'll have a look at it but keep in mind that MSFS flight plan loading is fairly buggy.

Thanks for the files. You're using LNM 2.4.5 which does not support MSFS yet. What you saved is a FSX/P3D flight plan.

Get the 2.6.0.beta which has better support for MSFS.
