Target frame rate

I used to fly with frame rate locked at 24. I fly with autogen off, and can maintain 24 frames with clear skies. Flying with Fair Weather clouds, they would drop down to around 18-20.I recently tried locking frame rate to 20. With Fair Weather clouds, the frame rate is around 15-16.But now the clouds seem to look much better and are more detailed.
