Loss of 'digital' gauges w/add on panels

Featured Replies

Hello,I am at my wits end. I do not know what I did to muck up my P3D,but here  it goes. .   I did something and seem to have lost my autopiloy digital characters from my Ken Willigton 737 panel. I also re-downloaded and installed a 767 panel for FSX. It to does not have digital characters for the radio. I first tried a repair ,then I uninstalled P3D . Any idea what happened and how to fix it. ?

Sounds like a loss of a font that is used for those digital characters.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

That is what I suspected. But I did a complete re-install of P3D,but its still persists. One odd thing is before i lost digital characters,my P3D was running very choppy and it was using over 80% CPU. My P3D is on my E drive, operating system (W10) is on C. I just don't know.

I did some more digging ,and I hit 'install' on quartz and lcd fonts. Did 2 restarts, and they seem to be back. IDK what was making  P3D use so much memory beforehand, though.
