October 5, 20205 yr In another forum thread a user mentioned issues with the Microsoft Store version of MSFS sometimes having issues due to it exceeding Windows' maximum path length for some files. This reminded me of a fix I found when I had the same issue while making backups of my files. The fix can be found at the following link: How to Make Windows 10 Accept File Paths Over 260 Characters I implemented this fix quite a while back on my own system and it worked perfectly. Hopefully it will help others as well.
