Enjoy flying long hops while afk. Is there a way to not automatically have the sim pause on locked screen?

Our Multiplayer group is having a serious problem with screen locks that can last up to over two minute. A short flight plan C172 Glass Cockpit less than an hour (three Group Members), had three locks lasting from one to over two minutes approx same location in the flight plan. Plus, auto pilot can be a bear (no reason power is lost on right display kicking autopilot off) with some members. We have elected to continue to use JoinFS with P3D which is solid for our multiplayer group. Hoping JoinFS can get it going for MS. Hoping at some point we can switch to the new sim.

High end with 5090, VR, 2020 & 2024.
