October 26, 20205 yr I have purchased and successfully downloaded the premium deluxe version -- in/from Canada. However, when I try to purchase and download add-on products from the Marketplace, it does give me the option to change the add-on purchase registration region from the US. This results in the purchase failing since my payment method is from Canada. Odd, since I purchased the original sim from Canada at the Canadian price and currency. Can someone advise how I resolve this issue? Many thanks, Brian
October 26, 20205 yr Check the region settings in Windows 10. You may have it set to United States. Set it to Canada, and you should be good to go.

October 26, 20205 yr Author ...unfortunately, that didn't work. I changed the region in Win 10 from the US to Canada. Now when I startup the sim, the "marketplace" tab is greyed out/unavailable. I did confirm that I purchased and registered the original sim purchase via Microsoft.ca. Thoughts? Regards, Brian

October 26, 20205 yr Yeah, the CAD exchange is really terrible, makes me think twice before I buy anything in the Marketplace. So far I have not bought a thing, LOL. I'm glad you got it sorted.
