Aerosoft Airbus Pro Module - FO Barometric A330

Featured Replies

Hi There,

Any plans to add separate barometric functionality for FO side for A330 please (P3D V5) ?

No issue for A32X as Capt/FO are synced. Would be a welcome improvement for A330.

Many thanks.

There are no plans as no-one has raised the issue. I have always flown the Aerosoft Airbus A320 with the baro displays sync-ed. I have checked my A330 and it appears to confirm that the MCDU sync option is missing. EDIT - Checking the Aerosoft forum they state that there is no intention of adding a sync option to the A330 due to shared cockpit plans.

Some Lvars are present for the FO Baro but an initial look at the code suggests that detailed study would be required to develop and test any changes. I am unable to do that at present. I have to ask myself if there is an actual need.

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for the reply.

For cockpit builders it would be useful. Currently the mouse is needed to set the FO baro to standard. Not doing anything gives an annoying ECAM discrepancy message.

Thanks.
