November 12, 200619 yr Does this sound like a 'bad install' as there are no folders 'aircraft & modules'. Mind you I do have a/c in the program. I fly them?Mike
November 12, 200619 yr Hi Mike,FSUIPC will install itself upon execution of the installer (Install FSUIPC4.exe). There is no aircraft folder. It's been replaced by a SimObjectsAirplanes folder. Jim Karn
November 12, 200619 yr Hi Mike!>they located..Hmm do not see them in my fsx folder. All other>folders are there. I assume all the files would be there as in>FS9?...Microsoft Flight Simulator XSimObjectsAirplanesModules may be placed anywhere. Edit dll.xml to add dll files to FSX (the file is found in same folder as fsx.cfg, that is :Documents and SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftFSX)>Help..as I can not insert some .dll modules e.g. fsuipc. You need to install FSUIPC 4, which comes with an installer that updates dll.xml and also creates a modules folder in FSX.Hope this helps.Ulf B
