GA traffic missing in P3Dv4.5

I'm using P3Dv4.5HF3 and lately I've noticed no GA AI traffic showing up anywhere. 

I have a good mix of AI traffic packages: (1) AIG AI traffic, (2) MAIW, (3) Orbx FTX North America GA traffic, and (4) a trafficAircraft.bgl file edited with AIFP for GA traffic only.  They have all worked together very well in the past and I have had an excellent (perfect?) mix of AI traffic without a problem for a long time.  However, this week I noticed no GA traffic at any location or airborne in the sim.  I'm not sure exactly when this started, although I did recently do a minor update from HF2 to HF3.  Everything else about the sim is working fine, including the rest of the AI traffic. 

Traffic sliders are high and AIFP finds no problem with the .bgl files.  Any good way to troubleshoot this problem?  Thanks kindly.
