Can't do anything. Every repair option PC goes to restart. Can't go Safe because Critical Process died. Can't system restore because system sees drive X: and not 😄 Can't reinstall windows because Critical Process Died. Any thoughts?

It turns out that one if Windows 10 Boot Processes had been totally corrupted when I did a system restore to a week ago and then turned off PC at the tower immediatly following without logging into Windows to finish reset right. Was late for leaving for work. Had to do complete reinstall and rebuild everything for my sim.
