November 22, 20205 yr The problem I have with SimConnect is with MSFS, but I am sure it is the same in FSX and P3D: I am correctly reading the simulation rate as a number, being 1 when the sim runs normal and 2, 4, 8 or more when the time is accelerated. The problem is when the sim rate is set to 0.5 or 0.25 to slow the sim, in that case SimConnect says it is 0 because it is always returned as an integer value. I tired to read it as a float (using SIMCONNECT_DATATYPE_FLOAT32 or SIMCONNECT_DATATYPE_FLOAT64) but it doesn't work. Any idea to read the value correctly? My Web Site
