When I click on "Select start position for flight plan departure" I have a window "no start position found"

Is it a problem   or I've forgotten something ?

 

Depends on airport and scenery.

Maybe you're using the wrong scenery mode. If you see all white runways switch to "Use Navigraph for Navaids and Procedures" to see the simulator airports.
