Can not download MSFS 2020

I Need Help, right after I start to download the content it sticks on a file and stays there. I have tried everything that Microsoft says but no good, any help would be great.

I have to slow down the internet connection speed to download the large MSFS files.

Otherwise it sticks on a large file when I try. Reducing speed and it never chokes my system.
