looking through log book entry's, i'm not seeing any trail, only a direct line between airports. i've saved gpx file as well as flight plan. The logbook information just says 'attached' for aircraft trail with no link. Am i forgetting to do something?

Right click into the table and then "View Options". You have to enable this for preview.

The GPX is always saved with a logbook entry. This cannot be disabled.
