November 28, 200619 yr Installed MyTraffic exactly per directions. Cannot seem to get anything but GA Traffic. I checked everything in their troubleshootingsection and it seems I have done everything correctly.Doublechecked the section regarding FSX Config and only getting GAtraffic but appears correct.I'm going nuts checking.Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks,Craig
November 28, 200619 yr Hi Graig, if you post quickly at the mytraffic forum, you should get a good reply within hours. At 8-9 GMT Burkhard is normally there to answer questions which arrived overnight. http://forums.simflight.com/viewforum.php?f=4Maybe verify whether your MyTraffic folder more or less meets the following conditions: MyTraffic folder in the root FSX directory; ca 4GBs. The Aircraft folder therein; ca 3GB and 'Scenery' should be roughly 108 to 155MB (depending on traffic.bgls). If not so, something might be corrupted or incomplete? Are both AI-AC sliders set to say 40%? Good luck and kind regards Jaap
November 28, 200619 yr Jaap Thanks for your quick reply. I am still waiting for access to the forum as I just registered within the last hour and apparently I haven't been added yet. I checked everything per their troubleshooting guide. All the folders are the correct size. Set the sliders to max and still only GA Traffic. Still scratching my head on this one. Thanks
November 28, 200619 yr Problem solved. Was a typo, looked at while wide awake which helps. Thanks, Craig
November 28, 200619 yr Great news, Graig, thanks for the update. Hope you enjoy the show! Pls be cautious with the AI-sliders in dense areas. FSX seems to 'suffer' much earlier than FS9 did. The Bay Area is particualrly 'bad' this time. ;-) The GA AC you saw were probably 'bleed throughs'. Installing relatively complex addons like MyTraffic under FSX/Vista will make use easier. Unfortunately, this can't be said about installs (yet?). We're looking into possibilities to make things easier and we've already made good progress (MT went through a total haulover). Nevertheless, these final adjustments are prone to be tricky, specially if other addons have been added beforehand. Automatic overwrites might not be a prob in the beginning of a FS-version, but later on it will certainly be. That's why we chose the manual adjustment method. Pls excuse the inconvenience, Graig, happy you sorted it out. Cheers and kind regards Jaap
