January 27, 20215 yr Hi, I am using the newest Version of X-Plane. It worked all fine until yesterday. When I am flying some Circuits the Weather suddenly changed to overcast. I used manually configured weather. After changing it to clear, 5 minutes later, it changed to overcast again. Even if i load a custom file, after about 5 minutes the weather alsways change to bad weather? Any help?
January 27, 20215 yr I would doublecheck my weather setting. It is likely that you just disabled the automatic updating of weather - this means that the simulator will not access the internet every 30 or so minutes to download new weather data - however even without these updates the weather would still change from airport to airport. If your "circuit" is big enough, you might get close enough to another weather reporting station (airport) that has overcast weather. At least that is the only scenario I could come up with that explains what you are describing.
